In-School Youth 14+/High School Fee Assistance/Incentives
Fees covered by AIC with approval
- School fees up to $500 per semester (no carry over)
- Participation fee for school-sponsored sports
- School sports physical
- Equipment (sports, band)
- School sponsored clubs
- Activity pass
- Parking permit
- Drivers education class (one-time payment only)
- Required uniform (school uniform, sports team, band, choir, etc.)
- Camps, if required by the school
- Computer insurance fees for a school-issued computer
- ACT or SAT testing fees
- Basic High School graduation package (with announcement, hat, robe and tassel)
- Class fees (I.E. College credit classes, shop class, arts fee, etc)
NOTE: IF TAKING A COLLEGE CREDIT CLASS STUDENT MUST COMPLETE A SECONDARY CLASSROOM TRAINING COMTRACT (Same monetary amount as secondary classroom training clients) - AIC is NOT able to pay for food, computers, or travel
NOTE: When a student request assistance with the fees above, AIC must have proper documentation. AIC will need a letter from the school on school letterhead or an email from the school's email address with the student's name and stating what the student is required to have

NOTE: If student is not an active client of the American Indian Council Program a new application with copies of school documentation and personal verification documents is required to be completed. If the student is as active client school documents are still needed for each semester along with signed modification documents. The student must be an enrolled member of a Federally Recognized Tribe or be able to prove lineage.
